I’ve always known that food was more than just fuel. It has been my passion, my purpose, and my calling. After studying at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, I graduated at the top of my class and was honoured with the title of Chef of the Year in both 2001 and 2002.

With over 23 years of experience in the culinary industry, I have had the privilege of opening five successful restaurants for clients and running my own catering and personal chef service. Through it all, I’ve seen how demanding lifestyles can lead people to make rushed, unhealthy food choices. That’s where I knew I could step in and make a difference.

I created The Melt-N-Pot Meal Plan Service with my sons, Jack and Levi, to make chef-quality meals more accessible. Our mission is to provide nutritious, delicious, and well-balanced meals that are made with care and delivered with convenience. Whether you're a busy professional or a parent looking to provide better meals for your family, we offer a practical solution that doesn’t compromise on flavour or quality.

As a Red Seal Certified Chef with a Culinary Arts degree, I work closely with a Certified Holistic Nutritionist to ensure each meal is as nourishing as it is enjoyable. Every ingredient is chosen with intention, and every recipe is crafted to meet the highest culinary standards.
